Exclusive : The Good People from Level
10 have News.
We have Details.
The other day, Level 10 put up the
above Devmalya Pramanik penciled image on their facebook page,
teasing what appears to be the first instance of characters crossing
over from different titles, and defining the common shared universe
inhabited by the casts of Daksh, Shaurya and Northern Song,
immediately putting plenty of fanboys in knee-deep intrigue
territory.
This certainly looks like a very well timed move, what with crossovers and ensembles being the flavor of the season. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, you really have no business being on this site.

Naturally, I wanted to know more, which
is why I used all my persuasion skills to get information out of
Daksh co-creator and writer Shamik Dasgupta (“pretty please” was
part of my plea). Our conversation went as below: (EDITORS NOTE: can click to enlarge if you need to!)
So there you have it folks. Feel free
to tell us what you think about all these diverse characters from
books with very different tones coexisting in the same universe in
the comments below.
PS: It does appear Level 10 is on
something of a wish-fulfillment spree, thanks to this announcement
and the earlier launch of the Daksh and Odayan graphic
novels, with two items on my 2012 wishlist (which you can see HERE)
already checked.
